An extensive remodel of this late 1940's Ashland home opened up the living areas considerably and incorporated modern amenities and materials. Richard Wagner was the project architect.

"Most of the work involved in our major remodel was done while we still lived in California... Through the many daily emails and phone calls required by such a long-distance process, we discovered that Robert Davis was not only a highly skilled builder but that he truly cared about our project. As construction progressed he made several unsolicited suggestions that not only saved us money but made the finished home better than it otherwise would have been."
